I was thinking to myself, how can we better understand how we focus on our health? I then began to wonder whether we could compare this with how we focus on our work

Working in sales for example:

You search for prospects and opportunities in order to create the chance to generate revenue.
How often do you go prospecting for physical activity and exercise in order to generate health based revenue - energy, strength and mental well-being? 100% margin if you go out on walks, run in the park or play a sport with a group of friends / colleagues.

When you win work, it's subscription based, the contract is signed and you have guaranteed your commission, it feels so good doesn't it, you are absolutely buzzing, there's nothing like that feeling is there?

Actually, there is. Physical activity and exercise make you feel so good too, amazing in fact and when you feel amazing you are likely to perform better at work. The commission you earn from exercise (flexibility, strength, endurance, mental well-being, improved sleep) is just as valuable, some might say even more so (those that exercise).

Work and exercise go hand in hand, they complement one another. Win both kinds of revenue, financial, health and well-being. In terms of a well structured deal, it's a no brainer!
