The TIME barrier

TIME, one of the biggest barriers to physical activity and exercise there is.

In fact it is the No.1 barrier to physical activity and exercise.

I am always in agreement with anyone that says that they don’t have the time, well, OK, I agree with about 80% of that statement.

Have a look back at your diary over the last week, two weeks, maybe even three weeks. The time just was not there. There’s no way you could have gone for a run, to the gym or for a long walk. It’s likely because you were prioritising everything else instead.

It’s time to take action. Take a look at your FUTURE, next week, the week after, no later than that, and START TO MAKE TIME. Your time in the past and how much of it you had or didn’t have is insignificant. Plan for the near future, as early as tomorrow if you can.

YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU HAVE THE TIME.

Schedule physical activity and exercise and schedule it as a RECURRING EVENT in your diary. Stay loyal to those exercise moments in your diary as much as you can.
