The 5 year question

❓Have you ever asked yourself the same questions in the context of physical activity, exercise, health and ultimately, well-being? (that’s a real-life order of cause and effect)

🧘‍♀️ We should treat our approach to exercise the same way we do our work. Ask yourself what you want to do, look to the future and work out a plan, get in touch with people that can help you achieve your goals and then start executing them.

Success isn’t just attainable in the work that you do, your physical self deserves to reap the same kind of rewards.
